How to be Happier through these 7 Steps

There will come a time when we are not ourselves and you just want to improve your mood. I am sure at times you feel depressed and you struggled to get into a better frame of mind.

However, you feel even more pushed into the pit deeper that you forget the things that can make you happy. Here, let me present to you some things that can improve your mood almost instantaneously/

1 – Think beyond yourself

There are other people out there who are less fortunate than you are. This may be hard to believe at times but this is really true. There are people who can hardly eat within a single day.

2 – Write or doodle

Doodling has some relaxing effect and so is writing. You don’t have to think about anything. You just write about what you feel and I assure you, you will feel better.

3 – Breathing techniques

Simple breathing can definitely make you relaxed. Most people forget that simple breathing can definitely relax your mind as well as your heart/

4 – Learn to laugh

I am sure you can find something to laugh at. Think about the silly things of the past. You can also watch a comedy movie to lift your spirit up.

Practice how to become a wide reader. Read books, informative magazines and other reading materials that can sharpen your mind while learning things. This is a good practice for you to forget about the spur of the moment depression.

6 – Listen to relaxing music

Avoid listening to noisy music as well as that emotional music so that your mind will not be bothered whenever you are listening to it.

7 – Go for a regular walk

Walking will give you an opportunity to see the world. It will make you open your mind for reality and life. Most of all, it can help you see that life is just life.
